Affordable life-style housing estate focusing on low income families. Total planning includes 900 homes, commercial business center, 2 institutional developments, safe play areas for children, free Wi-Fi, thousands of trees and 24 hour security. 

Already built:

280 affordable houses with 24 hour security, 1500 pecan trees (for shade and produce) and safe play areas for children. 60 of the homes are on a self scalable rent-to-own scheme where all rent income goes towards building more homes.

+/- 800 houses - 40 500m²; Commercial business center -  3000m²; Institutional: Training and Stewardship center and School (to be determined)
