The Malan Property Group was founded in 2005 by Stefan Malan and has subsequently grown into a large project group based in Windhoek, with projects throughout Namibia.
As a team of project managers, costing estimators, accountants, designers, property managers and agents we tackle a variety of projects, across industries, with a business focus in the development of Namibia and its people. We have long standing relationships with excellent partners and leverage our deep running networks.
We achieve service excellence through simplicity, personal involvement of management and by upholding integrity at all times.

Managing Director
Stefan is the founder and operator behind MPG. He is an expert in project management, has an eye for a business opportunity and believes in trust and delivering on his promises. He in an Entrepreneur of heart and have founded and sold several businesses.

Partner
Daniel is the financial advisor and partner of MPG. He has 15 years experience in leading and performing audits. He has been the financial advisor to many start-ups / new businesses and founded his own auditing firm in 2011.

ALWYN STEENKAMP
Director (Construction Manager)
Alwyn has 10 years experience in the building industry. He is a seasoned project manager with specific experience in design management, construction site management and as an architectural technologist. He is also a MPG Construction Partner.

Consultant
Nina is a business innovation strategy consultant. She is passionate about the possibilities of working in a space where design, business and impact meet. Previous experience also includes design and feasibility studies in commercial architecture.
